I provide an empathic, safe, and supportive environment for people to explore their emotional difficulties. I have experience working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and I am sensitive to the varied context of people’s difficulties. I have a genuine passion for helping people to make meaningful and lasting changes to their psychological and emotional wellbeing. I encourage a shared role within therapy and ultimately hope to equip you with the skills and knowledge to become your own therapist to support yourself not only when sessions end but throughout your life.
